Massey-specific terminology — system names, status flags, sheet conventions. Seed entries below; the glossary fills in as content migrates from OPERATIONS_HUB.md and STAFF_GUIDE.md.

A status flag on the customer sheet indicating an open job — work in progress or scheduled, not yet signed off or invoiced. Contrast with completed/archived statuses.

The first step of the customer lifecycle — capturing the request from a customer (call, email, or form) and creating the record that feeds the rest of the system. Also the name of the Customer Intake app.

The Massey staff member assigned responsibility for a customer record or job. Used on the customer sheet to route follow-ups, confirmations, and questions to the right person.

Purchase Order number. Massey’s primary identifier for a job — see the PO number system for how POs are assigned and structured.
