The four entry points
Section titled “The four entry points”- Field Tech — for techs in the van: logging hours, van stock, expenses, day-of issues.
- Office Staff — for the office desk: customer intake, confirmations, invoicing, the customer lifecycle.
- New to Massey — first week. Where things live, who does what, the systems you’ll touch.
- Management — dashboards, payroll cycles, month-end, escalation paths.
